We hope you love your Acacia Zuri pieces, but we understand you may wish to return them. We offer a hassle free 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it to us.

All that we ask, is that your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, email us at acacia@acaciazuri.com with your order number and the items you would like to return, and we will organise your return within 24-48 hours.

Please note that if you are choosing to return an item that is not faulty you may have to incur the delivery charges, and return the item at your own cost. We recommend that you keep proof of postage when returning an item to us, as you are then responsible for the item until it has arrived safely back with us. You can contact us with any queries at acacia@acaciazuri.com.
