All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means shipping costs are charged at checkout, but any import duties and local taxes are payable by the recipient upon arrival. These charges are set by your country's customs authority and are not something we are able to predict or cover.

For EU customers: duties and VAT typically apply to orders above €150 in value. For accessories under €150, local VAT may still apply on arrival depending on your country.

We hope you love your Acacia Zuri pieces, but we understand you may wish to return them. We offer a hassle free 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it to us.

All that we ask, is that your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, email us at acacia@acaciazuri.com with your order number and the items you would like to return, and we will organise your return within 24-48 hours.

Please note that if you are choosing to return an item that is not faulty you may have to incur the delivery charges, and return the item at your own cost.
