AcaciaZuri Delivery & Returns

All UK Orders: 

We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible, after receipt of order and payment. We will always aim to keep you updated with your delivery, so you can follow your AcaciaZuri order and know that it is safely on its way to you. 

We charge a small delivery fee for orders under £75, and for orders over £75 we offer free delivery. 


All International Orders: 

We're excited to expand our reach globally! While we're gradually processing international orders by request, feel free to reach out if you're outside the UK as we are always keen to go above and beyond and make every order work. Please note, as a small business, any customs or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We hope that you love your AcaciaZuri products as much as we have loved creating them for you. However, we do understand that you may want to return an item, and we are here to make this process as easy as possible for you. 
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
All that we ask, is that your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at Once your return has been accepted, you will receive a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that you must first request a return online before sending your items back to us. 
Please note that if you are choosing to return an item that is not faulty you may have to incur the delivery charges, and return the item at your own cost. We recommend that you keep proof of postage when returning an item to us, as you are then responsible for the item until it has arrived safely back with us.

Faulty items

If your order isn't perfect, let us know right away so that we can make it right. We'll rectify any issues and refund faulty items, including delivery fees.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Please note, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.



For a swift exchange, return your item and place a new order once the return is processed.



Once we receive and approve your return, expect a prompt refund to your original payment method. Keep in mind, processing times vary by bank or credit card company.
