AcaciaZuri Delivery & Returns

All UK Orders: 

We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible, after receipt of order and payment. We will always aim to keep you updated with your delivery, so you can follow your AcaciaZuri order, and know that it is safely on its way to you. 

We charge a small delivery fee for orders under £75, and for orders over £75 we offer free delivery. 


All international Orders: 

We are slowly starting to process international orders on a requested basis. Please get in touch if you are based outside the UK and have any questions regarding our international order system. Please note that whilst we are still a small business, we do not hold responsibility for any custom or import fees, and this responsibility lies with the customer.

We hope that you love your AcaciaZuri products as much as we have loved creating them for you. However, we do understand that you may want to return an item, and we are here to make this process as easy as possible for you. 
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
All that we ask, is that your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at Once your return has been accepted, you will receive a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that you must first request a return online before sending your items back to us. 
Please note that if you are choosing to return an item that is not faulty you may have to incur the delivery charges, and return the item at your own cost. We recommend that you keep proof of postage when returning an item to us, as you are then responsible for the item until it has arrived safely back with us.

Faulty items

In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive to you in perfect condition, or you have received the wrong order please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the situation and make it right. Any faulty items will always be refunded in full, including any delivery fee's you might have paid. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 



The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.



We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know once your refund request has been approved. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.
